PLEASE NOTE: Every custom order is hand-made to order in our Grand Rapids studio, and ships within 6-10 weeks from the order date. During peak season lead times may exceed 10 weeks. Given the nature of our made-to-order production, lead time may vary and we cannot guarantee delivery dates. When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with details and tracking information.
Custom orders are not returnable. If the product is different than described or unsatisfactory upon receipt, a full refund will be provided for the cost of the product and applicable taxes, upon store approval. We do not refund shipping & handling costs.
If you received a damaged or defective item, email firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture of the product and all packaging and we'll take care of you.
Cancellations must be requested within 48 hours of order date. A refund will be provided minus a processing fee, upon store approval.
Cancellations beyond the initial 48 hours can be accommodated for special circumstances, resulting in a store credit in the form of a code. Store credits do not expire and can be applied to any purchase.
Once an order has gone into it's final firing we are unable to offer refunds or cancellations of any kind.
SHIPPING & PICK-UP OPTIONS
All shipped orders ship via USPS, usually arriving within 2-3 days after leaving our studio. We are unable to guarantee delivery dates. When your order ships you will receive a notification email with details and tracking information.
Local pick-up is also an option. Grand Rapids, MI only. When your order is ready for pick-up you will receive a notification email and we will contact you to coordinate a pick-up time. Please factor in 2-3 additional days to your order time-frame, as we are not always available for local pick-ups.
